Nasa Working with Partners to Provide Harvey Response
NASAs Global Precipitation Mission (GPM) Core Observatory captured these images of Hurricane Harvey at 6:45 a.m. CDT (1145 UTC) and 4:25 p.m. CDT (2125 UTC) on August 27, nearly two days after the storm made landfall near Victoria, Texas.
