Hurricane Irma Just Made a Digital Walkie-Talkie the No. 1 App Online
The Cajun Navy used Zello, a free walkie-talkie app, in its efforts to rescue victims of Tropical Storm Harvey. The app is now the #1 app online in preparation for Irma.
