The All in STEM website, a project of U.S. Department of Energy's STEM Rising initiative, showcases programs and resources designed to ensure that the best and the brightest from every community in America enter the STEM workforce.
The website, www.energy.gov/all-STEM, offers information for people as young as kindergarteners up through those in Ph.D. programs or currently in the workforce. The website's resources are sortable by intended audience age and the type of resource (conference, internship, research opportunity, and more) to make it easy to find content.
Different backgrounds and beliefs contribute to having different ideas to help make STEM discoveries, try new solutions, and make more equitable approaches to deliver energy resources and innovations. Having more diversity in STEM contributes to better solutions being crafted by the Energy Department — and the entire nation.
