The Top Tech Salaries in the U.S. in 2021

Tech workers in the United States can earn from 20% to 85% more than the average salary of other workers, according to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The highest-paying tech jobs in the United States earn anywhere from $80,000 up to $150,000 per year.

Computer network architects, actuaries, mathematicians, and software-related careers sit at the top of the list. Even the lowest-paying tech jobs, like computer support specialists, make over $40,000 a year.

Actuaries are the highest-paying tech jobs, earning an average salary of $123,180. The next highest-paying tech career is computer network architecture, with an average salary of $119,230.
