Digital solutions are taking center stage in the hiring value chain. About 67% of HR professionals believe AI and other technologies positively impact the recruitment process, providing valuable insights and making the recruitment process easier. AI and other robust technologies organize and automate repetitive, high-volume operations of the recruiters. For instance, recruiters leverage ML solutions to auto-screen candidates and segregate potential candidates from the pool of applicants.

Digitizing and automating certain manual tasks help HR professionals avoid unconscious bias and assist in evaluating candidates purely on the data and candidate responses to ensure scientific and meritocratic onboarding. According to statistics, about 68% of recruiters believe introducing AI in the recruitment process will remove unintentional bias. Tech solutions enable recruiters to gather unreported signals that help shortlist job seekers and enhance recruitment bandwidth.

Psychometric linguistics, psychography, computational psychometry heuristics, gamified cognitive skill analytics, and other AI and ML models assist recruiters in prioritizing hiring pipelines.
