Very good paper, well written and with crystal clear future research directions. This is undoubtedly a source of inspiration for many of us. Also, I do not know who wrote the other post, but, after glancing through that book, I can only say that it looks like a soup of different ideas from diverse papers put together, kind of "mix and match", definitely not worth its price...
