As a former English-Creative Writing major, I was delighted to read this month's cover article - thanks for the great content CACM - I truly enjoyed this one, (especially the graphics!). I'll venture a comment that (while portions of this article were over my head), I immediately noticed the authors did a very good job of introducing the premises for consolidating the complexities involved, and later in dealing with the humanities perspective. From the viewpoint of a recent IT graduate, versed in literature, I thought it was a well framed, nicely organized piece. Kudos again!
