Goal-Line Technologists Fail Fifa Test

Fifa's plans to introduce goal-line technology have suffered a setback after every one of the 10 companies which took part in trials last week failed to meet the criteria set by the world game's governing body.

The reason for rejection is not technical, but of "political" nature. UEFA, FIFA and most of the national leagues have the reputation of "arranging" the game outcomes. The system is terribly corrupt. How could the referee (a key person in the "arrangement") ignore the facts made obvious by the video recording system? Obviously the hundred years old rules of the soccer game . I am European born, 15-20 years ago the soccer games were enjoyable, now the outcome of most is decided by the referee.
