Smart Headlights See through Rain and Snow
Novel headlight system reduces glare by selectively reducing the amount of available light from a headlight causing the glare.

A prototype headlight system can detect raindrops or snow streaks and "dis-illuminate" them, thereby increasing visibility on the road ahead.
