A study by LinkedIn found 15 of China's top 25 companies to work for this year are technology firms, with the top 10 including embattled telecommunications provider Huawei.
Amazon is ranked in eighth place above Huawei, competing with domestic e-commerce giants like Alibaba.
Automotive innovator Tesla holds sixth place, with Chinese assets including a new electric vehicle plant in Shanghai, as well as a research and development center.
Baidu, the world's second-largest search engine, is in second place on LinkedIn's list, and investing heavily in autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence (AI).
The top China-based company to work for this year, according to the ranking, is Alibaba Group, whose technology repertoire includes e-commerce, Internet, and AI. The company is one of the world's 10 most valuable, and last year became the second Asian business to surpass $500 billion in valuation.
