Microsoft said it plans to launch a version of its cloud-based software for healthcare organizations.
The software giant said it will incorporate all of its technologies, including its general productivity software, chat app, and specialized business software, into Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.
Microsoft's Deb Cupp said the software will capture data from each interaction throughout the patient's health experience.
The company plans to make the system work with Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. and other electronic health record software providers.
