Novameat is using three-dimensional (3D) printing technology to produce vegetarian "steaks," which it plans to sell directly to consumers and businesses.

The Spanish startup demonstrated its 3D printing technology at Barcelona's Mobile World Congress.

Campos said the company's goal is to recreate muscle fibers using 100% plant-based ingredients.
