Andorra Telecom, Andorra's only Internet service provider, experienced repeated distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks during the SquidCraft Games tournament in Minecraft, a multi-day Twitch gaming tournament.

At least eight Andorran streamers were eliminated from the tournament on the second day, with their connections and Twitch streaming cut simultaneously.

The entire nation had little to no Internet connectivity for more than 30 minutes due to the DDoS attacks.

It is speculated that Andorra Telecom was targeted by hackers to prevent Andorran streamers, who accounted for a significant number of the 150 SquidCraft participants, from winning the $100,000 prize pot.
