The 2023 Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2023) showcased metaverse technologies designed to enhance the auto industry.

French auto-parts manufacturer Valeo unveiled an in-car TV system that allows headset-wearing occupants to change channels via sensor-detected hand gestures.

Valeo's Ghaya Khemir said external sensors also can integrate pedestrians or landscapes into virtual reality (VR) images, or display relaxing images to relieve stress.
