U.S.-Singaporean gaming hardware company Razer unveiled Project Carol, billed as the first-ever surround-sound audio and haptics head cushion, which enables "gamers to feel everything behind them, placing them firmly in the middle of the action."
Semiconductor manufacturers AMD and Nvidia highlighted their latest processors for powering gaming computers. AMD's Scott Herkelman said such graphics upgrades are needed to support "games with increasingly lifelike visuals."
