In an effort to strengthen achievements in the technology sector, China will hold a special olympics event for robots. The International Humanoid Robot Olympic Games competition will only involve human-like robots.
The event is to be held in June 2010. The committee expects more than 100 universities from 20 countries will bring their robots to the competition.
Robots participants will be limited to only humanoid robots with two arms and two legs. They will be compete in fight, dance, and track & field contests, according to PC World.
