Technology seems to have come a long way with the introduction of mobile devices like Smartphones and tablets. It also seems like it has even more ways to go being that the majority of points on this list are directly related to these mobile devices. I am a little surprised to see TV everywhere on this list since I have been able to watch TV on my mobile devices for over a year now. I am subscribed to the aforementioned, DISH, and I use their DISH Remote Access app anywhere I have access to Wi-Fi or mobile 3G network. At the moment, I understand that other providers limit the number of channels available on their apps, and the apps work no further than the subscribers homes. The DRA app that I started using when I started working for DISH allows me to watch my entire TV channel lineup and my DVR recordings. I can see how 2012 would be the year for other TV providers to try to catch up to DISHs TV everywhere.
