Jacqueline de Rojas is president of techUK, a technology trade association that offers IT services to small and mid-sized businesses.

If we don't have all of our voices represented when designing, building, testing, and implementing technology, then we are in danger of building a digital future that does not include everybody. This is particularly critical as our dependency on tech increases exponentially.
