This one seems to be the best handled racist accusation on any Tech company. HP's face recognition technology seems to fail in tracking Black faces as compared to white ones. View the YouTube video. But, the manner in which HP handled the issue is commendable. HP's community manager Tony "Frosty" Welch responded to the 'issue' raised by the man in the video through HP's Blog. Frosty wrote:

"Some of you may have seen or heard of a YouTube video in which the facial-tracking software didn't work for a customer. We thank Desi, and the people who have seen and commented on his video, for bringing this subject to our attention.

"We are working with our partners to learn more."
