How Chinese Hacked Google, and Why India Should Worry

Google's announcement that it might withdraw from China has drawn attention to the aggressiveness of Chinese hackers who have been penetrating cyber fortresses in the U.S. Claude Arpi interviews Shishir Nagaraja, co-author (with Ross Anderson) of The Snooping Dragon: Social Malware Surveillance of the Tibetan Movement, and a postdoctoral research associate with the Information Trust Institute of the University of Illinois.

Nagaraja believes cyberwar is the "war of tomorrow" that will affect each of us in the not-too-distant future.
